These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 546bet. If you disagree with any part of this document, you should refrain from creating an account or close your existing account through the platform's support team.

To create and maintain a 546bet account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be an individual aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration — full name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, email, and contact details.
• Not having an active or previously closed account at 546bet due to a terms violation.
• Not being an employee, partner, representative, or first-degree relative of an employee of 546bet or any of its technology and odds providers.

Permitted one account per CPF only. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF, whether using your own details or someone else's, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of any pending balances and bonuses.

546bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — such as a national ID, driver's license, or passport — especially before processing withdrawals or when irregular activity is suspected. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Your 546bet account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

Strictly prohibited:

• Sharing your login credentials with other people.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Exploiting technical glitches, odds errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over 546bet (known as arbing or bonus abuse).

If any irregular activity is suspected, 546bet may preventively suspend the account for investigation without prior notice. If the irregularity is confirmed, the account will be closed and any balance resulting from fraudulent activity will be withheld.

546bet accepts the following payment methods, all in BRL and with no fees:

• A bet is considered confirmed and final at the moment the user clicks "Confirm Bet" and receives the on-screen confirmation. Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the user, except where the Cash Out feature is available.
• Live odds may be adjusted at any time based on how the match is unfolding. The odds in effect at the moment of confirmation are the ones that apply to that bet.
• In the event of manifest odds error — for example, odds of 100.00 for a highly likely outcome due to a technical error — 546bet reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the staked amount to the user's balance. This procedure is applied with careful consideration and internal documentation, not arbitrarily.
• If an event is canceled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes returned. If the event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. Beyond that window, bets are voided and stakes returned.

• Court order or directive from a competent authority.

If 546bet closes an account due to a terms violation, any balance derived from fraudulent activity will be withheld. Balances of legitimate origin will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, unless a judicial or regulatory order provides otherwise.

546bet's maximum liability in any dispute with a user is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the dispute, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence proven by 546bet.
